Office/Marketing Assistant
Location: Middletown, NJ
Hours: Full Time
Greenway Middletown is looking for a FULL TIME in office employee to serve both as an OFFICE CLERK and as a MARKETING ASSISTANT:
Office Clerk Duties:
- Answer phones and forward to appropriate parties.
- Distribute and sort mail and assist with outgoing mail
- Assist sales in scanning document / taking documents from clients who come in to office.
Additional Marketing Assistant Job Duties:
- Maintaining database of client, prospect, and referral partners in our customer relationship management software
- Using customer relationship management software to update clients on loan statuses
- Create and schedule social media posts on major platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Assistance in generating and maintaining database of marketing collateral – including flyers, postcards, and other web assets
- Minor copywriting for website updates and blog posts
- Assisting Marketing Director with other marketing activities as needed (basic SEO, generation of email newsletters & drip campaigns, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
Organization & Communication skills, Attention to Detail, Tech-savvy, Self-starting, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Special preference given to those with previous experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
