Senior Mortgage Processor
Location: Spring Lake, NJ
Salary: Salary and bonus commensurate with experience and performance
Hours: FULL-TIME
Skills: 3+ years recent processing experience
Seeking an experienced, motivated, intelligent individual to process residential mortgage applications in Greenway's Spring Lake location. The Processor is responsible for ensuring a complete and accurate loan package is submitted to underwriting and sees the file through to closing in a fast-paced, results-driven, technologically-oriented, paperless environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with all parties during loan process: loan officers, borrowers, underwriting staff, Realtors, settlement agents, etc.
- Generate applications and disclosures.
- Prepare the loan file to submit to underwriting.
- Aggregate, verify and maintain loan documentation. Ensure product compliance
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Work effectively and take direction in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks independently as well as collaboratively.
- Intelligent, resourceful self-starter. Fast learner, detail oriented.
- Project professional image. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be tech savvy. Proficient in: Mac environment, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; finance or business preferred
- Minimum 3 years recent processing experience a must!
